1 King bedroom adjoins a bedroom with 2 single beds upstairs
and has a 1/2 bath. 1 King bedroom downstairs, full bath, washer & dryer. Fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, coffee pot & toaster. All linens provided. House is air conditioned. Back patio has fireplace and charcoal grill and is shared with motel guests. BONUS: Rental by the week will come with a reduced price for boat cruise on the River and around the Islands. You will ride on the "MEGHAN J" a 36" Trawler. You will not be required to pay the first hour fee or the $75. Your cost will be $50.00 an hour. 2016 Weekly House Rental Rate is $1395 (plus tax) House sometimes available by the day - call for reservations. Less than weekly rentals available - Call for rate and available dates. 50% check deposit required to hold reservation. 60 day cancellation required for full refund. Less than 60 day is subject to loss of refund. |
