See All3 Bed, 1.5 Bath House This 3 bed, 2 bath house is a unique space for any area! The house is originally built in 1898 and is as charming as it is cozy. The house is perfect for family reunions or friend gatherings as it can accommodate up to 6 people. On the first floor, you will find a fully stocked kitchen and seating area in an open floor plan. There is a large bedroom with a king sized bed for those who enjoy single floor living, as well as a full bath.On the second floor you'll find two more bedrooms and a second full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and built in cabinets for you to setting into. The second bedroom has two twin beds, giving great space for the entire family.Room 6 King Suite Room 6 is a suite attached to the main house. This is a great option for families traveling together. You have a private bath with shower, and a smart TV in the room. The smart TV is equipped with Roku, so you can watch your favorite streaming platforms and have access to Roku's live channels. This is a great jumping off point to exploring the Village of Clayton, and the 1000 Islands!The Honeycomb Room, #5 WELCOME TO THE HONEYCOMB ROOM! This room is inspired by the hardest local workers, our honeybees! I found 2 local beekeepers, on both sides of the river: "Let it Beez", out of Dexter NY. There are samples of his local basswood honey for guests who stay in this room. Use it in your morning tea, and get a taste of the 1000 Islands! Our 2nd bee keeper feature will be "1000 Islands Honey", who's our neighbor right across the river, Kingston & Gananoque areas. The Honeycomb Room has a queen bed, and also features lots of warm lighting, a peony stamped ceiling inspired by the peony bush that's been in my father's front yard for 70+ years here in the village of Clayton. Lots of hexagon shapes, and even a black velvet platform bed, to represent a fuzzy bumblebee bottom. Also included, a mini fridge, microwave, AND of course.....a record player with a small assortment of vinyl! The nightstands, while having to keep them compact because of the small space, pack a big punch of convenience, with a wireless charging pad, two outlets, and two USB ports nuilt directly into the stand. The tv is hooked up with a Roku, so you can easily sign into any of your apps. There is also a bicycle for two available for guests on property to get out and let the warm river air breeze by you.Hope you enjoy your stay with us in this Honeycomb Hideaway! :)Room 1 Queen Bed Room 1 has a Queen sized bed, and private bathroom. The room has be upgraded with a beautiful tongue and groove ceiling, and exposed beams. The decor has been updated to bring you to a comfortable, tropical setting. This gives you access to all your favorite streaming apps, and Roku's live TV channels.
