This 3 bed, 2 bath house is a unique space for any area! The house is originally built in 1898 and is as charming as it is cozy. The house is perfect for family reunions or friend gatherings as it can accommodate up to 6 people. On the first floor, you will find a fully stocked kitchen and seating area in an open floor plan. There is a large, freshly renovated bedroom with a king sized bed for those who enjoy single floor living, as well as a full bath.
On the second floor you'll find two more bedrooms and a half bath. One bedroom has a king bed and built in cabinets for you to settle into. The second bedroom has two twin beds, giving great space for the entire family.
All three bedrooms have brand new a/c units.
*Please note when booking: This is a seasonal motel, with no heat. There are space heaters + extra blankets available upon request for the last few months of the season before closing, Sept-Oct. You are welcome to bring your personal linens as well. If booking Sept-Oct: you are acknowledging the conditions.

I spent a year trying to recreate the set from hit television show, Schitt's Creek. From the turquoise bricks, the wig wall, to the headboard I built from scratch, I really tried to capture the spirit of the show. It's bright, vibrant, & guarantees you a fun stay. Try on some wigs, & take some selfies on the iconic bed set! My bee keeper feature is "1000 Islands Honey", who's our neighbor right across the river, Kingston & Gananoque areas. The Honeycomb Room has a queen bed, a private bathroom, & also features lots of warm lighting, a peony stamped ceiling inspired by the peony bush that's been in my father's front yard for 70+ years here in the village of Clayton. Lots of hexagon shapes, & even a black velvet platform bed, to represent a fuzzy bumblebee bottom. Also included, a mini fridge, microwave, & of course.....a record player with a small assortment of vinyl! The nightstands, while having to keep them compact because of the small space, pack a big punch of convenience, with a wireless charging pad, two outlets, & two USB ports built directly into the stand.
